Finish Strong!

We've got two months of work left in 2024, and it's time to get that final project list together and plan our time between now and taking some time off in late December. Some questions to ask yourself:

  • What's on my to-do list from January that is still open? Is this still a priority?

  • What projects are in progress that need a little extra push to avoid dragging into the new year?

  • Do I have some new ideas that would be a big win if I can get them finished in 60 days?

  • What does my calendar look like between now and the end of the year? Should I block out some workdays to crank through my remaining tasks?

  • When I think about 2024, what are my accomplishments? What kind of year have I had?

I have three big projects of which I'm right in the middle --- two should be done soon, but one I'll be working on until the gifts are wrapped, and the mistletoe is hung!!!!

The projects are:

Jackfruit Leadership Workbook --- it is finished and under review by Amazon to go live, but I'm in a wrestling match with Amazon over final edits.....but I'm going to figure it out!

On-Line Classes --- my first online series, New Manager Bootcamp, has been filmed and uploaded to my website. I'm working with a web designer to add functionality to the site to enroll in classes, accept payments, send out mass emails. This project will open up many new doors for me and new products!

Jackfruit Leadership for Women --- my second book is underway with the goal to have it finished before the new year and release it in first quarter 2025. I've taught myself a new software to write the book in, I have a good outline, and I'm excited about creating a product for the female leaders in my network.

So, what's left to be done in your world? Let's shore up our energy and finish the year strong. A planning session at a coffee shop, or a brainstorming session with your team could help build a pathway for a strong year end!!!
